Makes 3 batches. 10 cups of liquid per batch. 
 
This is an adaptogen tonic bomb to start your day. So much herbal medicinal goodness, packed into a morning brew.
 
I created this recipe to replace coffee, because the caffeine wasn’t feeling good in my  body anymore and everything on the market didn’t have the muchness and flavor I was looking for. Just like coffee, this tonic is slightly bitter and dynamic. Have it black, or with sweetener and milk of choice.
 
Ideally, a decoction is made of this to make a big batch and reheat as needed. Other brewing methods are okaaay, but you get more medicinally and flavor by simmering the ingredients for at least 10 min. This also allows for more servings per jar and its easier to refine the taste to suit your palate.
